Return Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Pristine! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 2 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

 

Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

    • Items must be free from any stains, odors, or damage not caused during shipping.

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Return Process

    • Contact Us: Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at +960 7888898 or sales@pristine.ventures to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
    • Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return to prevent damage during transit.
    • Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
    • Inspection: When your return arrives, we’ll check it over to ensure it meets our return policy.
    • Refund or Exchange: If the returned item(s) meet our policy requirements, we will process your refund or exchange within 1 business day. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) after receiving the returned item(s).

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at +960 7888898 or sales@pristine.ventures. Provide us with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.

 

Sale Items

Sale items may be subject to a different return policy. Please check the specific terms and conditions of the sale before making your purchase.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.  

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 1 business day for the refund to appear in your account.
